I Dream

I stand alone and in awe, in the dark night centered in the green carpet lawn, gazing upon the desert sky, illuminated by a full moon.

Drenched in moonlight I feel the moon, aware...Aware of me and yet of lovers wrapped around one another in love and lust, and all - knowing that I stand alone and full of longing.

Longing so deep that I want to leave this Earth and lose myself at warp speeds and feel our fragile planet become but a dot in the black of Space... and I, communing with starlight in distant galaxies and at one with all and nothing, surrender my heartbreak.

Heartbreak so accute that I can only morph into the ink of Space and become at one with anything and nothing and dream.Dream that I might try again to become a new someone and have the chance to perhaps, begin again.
